Objective:
- Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:
- Execute Adds, Moves, or Changes so that the network functions in accordance with the new requirement
- Use the command-line interface to accurately determine network operational status and network performance
- Build a functional access switch configuration to support the specified network operational parameters, given a network design
- Describe the feature and operation of VLANs, VTP, IEEE 802.1Q, ISL and Spanning Tree (802.1d)
- Describe the features and operation of static and dynamic routing, including RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and OSPF
- Use show and debug commands to identify anomalies in routing operation, given an operational router
- Use Cisco IOS commands to configure standard and extended access lists
- Use Cisco IOS commands to configure serial interfaces using HDLC and PPP encapsulation for leased line connections
- Setup and configure both ISDN and frame relay
